How to Order
You can call us at (310) 422-5893, or send an email. Please provide us with all item details (item number, color, size, etc.) along with a telephone number where you can be reached in case of any questions. If you are paying by Visa or MasterCard you can call us with your card number (or we can call you).
Forms of Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard over the phone. We also accept personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. All orders will be shipped when payment is received or successfully processed.
Shipping / Delivery
All orders will be shipped UPS Ground for a flat $17.00 shipping and handling fee, which includes tracking and insurance. If your order is large or requires faster shipping, please call the studio at (310) 422-5893, for alternative shipping options and prices. Most custom jewelry orders take approximately 10 to 15 business days to be completed and shipped; any deviation from this schedule will be discussed with you in advance.
Available items purchased directly through this website are usually shipped within 7-10 days of purchase. If you've requested custom pieces made to order, your order may take a few weeks to ship depending on the style of the piece and gemstones available. If you require a rush order we will do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
Accidents can happen...
Hopefully this will never happen, but if your items arrive damaged they will be replaced at no cost. Please keep all original packaging materials and send us an email or call us at (310) 422-5893 to make arrangements.
Item Availability & Pricing
Most of the pieces we offer on this site are one-of-a-kind. If the piece you have ordered is currently unavailable, we will email you to discuss other design options. It may be possible for us to create another piece in the same style and with the same or similar gemstones, colors, etc.
Prices are subject to change based on the current market price of sterling silver, gemstone beads, findings and other supplies.
Special Requests / Commissions
We welcome commissions and special requests! Let us know what style and materials you are interested in and we can discuss the cost, stone availability, and how long it will take to complete.
A custom order is defined as an item or collection designed at the request of the client, utilizing specific designs, colors, and/or materials. Because these items are unique, and created specially for your store, they are not returnable. A 50% deposit is required to begin manufacture of your custom order. The balance is due upon receipt of your items. Prices of individual pieces will be discussed with you prior to beginning your order.
If you commission a piece of jewelry based on one of the website photos, please be aware that due to the natural elements used in my designs, variations in color or style may occur. This will be discussed with you prior to your order being filled.
Return Policy
We gladly accept exchanges on non-custom items within 60 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer cash refunds. Custom order sales are final, and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns and exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling charges. Sirene Designs is not responsible for returns lost in transit, so for your protection, be sure your items can be tracked.
Any items shipped by Sirene Designs that are damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost. Items damaged by the wearer can be repaired for a flat fee of $25.00 plus the cost of additional materials, should they be needed. If an item is found to be defective due to craftsmanship, it will be repaired free of charge for up to one year from date of delivery.
Privacy Policy
The personal information and email address you provide will ONLY be used to process your order, reply to your feedback, or send you new product updates. It will never be shared with any other company for any reason.
